Where will we meet?

Your shoot will take place at the location of your choice. Generally at your home or your favorite park, or I can recommend one of my favorite spots. Sunlight is harshest at midday, so late mornings and afternoons offer the best light and are the best times to shoot.

What should we wear?

Simple is always the best. Something that won’t compete with your child’s sweet face. Wear something that expresses who you are, and don’t feel pressed to dress up if you don’t want to. Your child may change clothes during the shoot if you wish.

What should we bring?

For newborns and babies, a blankie or two, a boppy, and a change of clothes in case of any “emergencies.”

For little kids, a lovee or favorite toy, and a snack in case we need to take a break and recharge. These might help us coax more photos out of a child who might otherwise be at the end of her rope.

Seniors should bring outfits they wish to wear and hair products and makeup for touch-ups.

Will my photos be available in color and black & white?

Yes. Because I shoot digitally, I can make any color image black & white.

When can we see our photos?

Your images will be available about a week after your photoshoot. I’ll email you a link so you can view all your images online. You, your family and friends can purchase prints and enlargements from this gallery, and prints will be shipped directly to the purchaser’s home. Your gallery will expire in two weeks, after which time there will be a $25 fee to republish it.
